Meet Chef Dale
Local Owner / Chef Dale Carty was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. Dale’s beginning was at Anguilla’s Malliouhana hotel where he was trained by Master French Chefs Jo and Michel Rostang. Dale then went to France to further his culinary experience. In 1999, Chef Dale opened Tasty’s restaurant, which soon became famous throughout the Caribbean and throughout the world
